Privacy policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

Short version: we only collect what you type into our forms, we use it to contact you about Tradley, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it any time.

Who we are

Tradley is an Australian business based in Perth, WA. It builds a job app for tradies and runs a done-for-you lead generation service (the Speed-to-Lead engine). This policy covers the marketing site at tradley.com.au. The app at app.tradley.com.au has its own terms. Questions go to hello@tradley.com.au.

What we collect

Only what you give us on the waitlist and lead engine forms: your name, email address, trade and the town or region you work in. Browsing the site does not require any of this.

Where it goes and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. That is the one place your details leave your browser. Supabase hosts data in regions that may be outside Australia, which is a disclosure to an overseas recipient under the Australian Privacy Principles. Only Tradley staff can read the list. If the database is unavailable, the form falls back to opening an email to us from your own mail app instead.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we use it for

  • Telling you when your waitlist spot opens.
  • Checking whether your trade and town are open on the lead engine, and contacting you about it.
  • Occasional product updates from Tradley. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell, rent or swap your details with anyone.

Analytics and cookies

We may use standard website analytics (such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity) to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block analytics cookies in your browser and the site works the same.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep waitlist and lead-engine details while the service is being offered and remove them when they are no longer needed. Email hello@tradley.com.au to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we will do it within a few business days.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your information, email us first and we will sort it out. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
